How Cash-for-Car Buyers Price Cars
Most buyers price a car from pooled sales data, or from a scrap network and a middleman. CarBidNow does not stop there. Nationwide Remarketing uses its own analytics and bidding platforms to produce an Instant Bid, and that bid is guaranteed for the condition you enter. Where the number comes from
We take bids direct from junk buyers and build APIs to those buyers, instead of only seeing a scrap-network price. We also sell some vehicles to parts recyclers such as LKQ. A recycler that pulls specific parts can pay more than a buyer who only wants the hulk for bulk scrap. Years in the auction business tell us which cars tend to do better, and the bid can be more aggressive on those cars. We do not publish which markets, and we do not claim we pay the most.
What you still have to tell us
The VIN, whether it starts, runs and drives or is inoperable, and the title type. A wrong condition is the usual reason the pickup number does not match the bid. The car has to roll. Salvage and rebuilt titles are accepted when the title can be transferred. An eligible lien can be handled, and we explain the payoff before pickup.

Why is your bid different from another buyer?
They may only have a scrap bid or a pooled average. Ours is built from our own buyer data, including direct bids.
Is the price guaranteed?
Yes, for the condition and title you entered. If the car is different, the number can change.
Do you pay more than scrap?
Sometimes the bid is stronger because a parts recycler can pay more than a bulk scrap buyer. That is not a promise on every car.
