Instant Bid guarantee

Enter the VIN, whether the vehicle starts, runs and drives or is inoperable, and the title type. The Instant Bid is automatic. It is guaranteed for that submitted condition. A wrong condition is the usual reason the number changes at the truck. Enter the car as it sits.

Our commitment if we miss or mishandle

If we miss a scheduled pickup or mishandle the sale, we make it right with the seller. Pickup is typically 24 to 48 hours after acceptance, depending on your location and the nearest tow provider. We do not promise a fixed clock time.

Title help after pickup

The vehicle has to roll. The title has to be transferable, or we need a path to complete title work. We do not buy a car with no path to a transferable title. Clean, salvage, and rebuilt titles are accepted when eligible. Lien help is available when eligible. If a title issue arises after pickup, we can pay supplemental title help.

How you get paid

Most sellers are paid by check at pickup, made out to you for the agreed price. Zelle is also available.

What we need from you

Honest condition on the Instant Bid. A real title path. If something does not match what was entered, tell us before the truck arrives when you can.
