Preparing a truck for pickup
Before the appointment, remove tools and personal items, gather the keys, and make sure the title and ownership information are available. Tell us if the truck is behind a gate, on a steep driveway, in a garage, or blocked by another vehicle. A tow provider needs a safe path to reach and load it. If the truck has flat tires, damaged steering, or no brakes, report that condition instead of assuming it can be driven onto the carrier.
Keep the truck in the condition described when you accept the Instant Bid. New damage, missing parts, or a different title status can prevent the driver from completing pickup. If something changes before the appointment, call so the record can be corrected. This helps avoid a surprise at the truck and keeps the check tied to the agreed information.
