If your vehicle is currently titled in the state of Arkansas, the owner can follow one of these steps:
Go online and complete your Arkansas Duplicate Title Application.
Choose one of the following options:
A. Bring your Arkansas Duplicate Title Application to the Office of Motor Vehicles.
- Estimated time of delivery: 1-3 weeks
- Cost for duplicate: $10.00 If we purchase/pickup your vehicle, we will reimburse you for your $10.00 duplicate title fee!
B. Mail your Arkansas Duplicate Title Application to:

Estimated time of delivery: 3 weeks
